A brilliant comment from a wonderful man in the UK :

"It has often been suggested that an 8" metal spike mounted on the center of the steering wheel instead of an air-bag might make a motorist pay as much attention to what they are doing as a motorcyclist does."  ~ Michael (more of his comment AVAILABLE TO THE LEFT)!

Doesn't that one really make you think!

ATTENTION : MUST READ!!! Please everyone - take a moment to read a new post by an anonymous person dated 03/18/09 (left and bottom). This will truly hit "home". Use their story to make "change". And don't let their terrible loss also be yours.

I want to hear your stories - and I'd like to put them on this page for everyone to read. The reason behind this is - I think it's easy to kill people when they're not "really" people. When the victims become people - others start to think and maybe then things will start to change. Email me your story. Tell me :

- Where was the accident (province/state/country)
- When was the accident (date / time of day)
- What were the circumstances (road conditions and how the accident happened)
- Who are the victims both alive and dead - we know damn well - the person who's life has been lost is not the only victim here. There are all sorts of people left behind who have been robbed.
- Feel free to send me pictures of the ruined vehicles - I will not post pictures of people.

Also, if you've caused an accident - I know it's hard - but I'd like to hear your story too. How did it effect you?

If you're law enforcement, fire or first responders - tell us what it's like for you to respond. If you're in the health field - again - tell us your stories.

I will only put your story here if you give me emailed permission with the story. But! If you still need to "get it out" feel free to email me but - please tell me NOT to publish it.

I will not publish any full names unless we've discussed it further.
